Austin Texas Town Hall

-so very sad that the Austin Town Hall got cancelled, but better to be safe than sorry. Less than a 1/16 of an inch fell here and this is still considered a drought area, as it has been for months.

I will probably travel this next week to the (I 45) corridor to help with my chain-saw and Jason mask (joke) to help clear Galveston, Texas City, LaMarque, Dickinson, League City, and on up to Houston over the next few weeks. I hail from that area, so will be attempting to get clean-up crews in as soon as electric is back on and Department of Public Safety clears us to get crews in.

Clear-Lake on Nasa Rd 1, next to the Johnson Space Center will probably be our base as soon as they get the Hilton lobby cleaned up - will keep in touch with Wi-Fi.

It's great to see people like yourself pitching in with the cleanup efforts during a disaster. I'm sure there will be rescue & utility crews from all around the country arriving in the area very soon.
