Before I bid on the Mantles, can someone tell me if that was just a one time event with that EM, or is she/he going to be back with more in the future on other events? Also are they cloth looking or did EM color them out like the Icy Blue glasses? I know this would most likely not be the case because that would be way to cool. If anyone knows answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

8x race change tokens that were bought from the guy thats been selling them forever at 250K apiece + You got all the statues for free.

Both the scrolls you got from stealing them from noobs in despise.

How many more people were chased off the shard for those orc slippers... You know the ones that you get one per account. I believe in another thread you were bragging about stealing them so fast you couldnt remember the names of the people to sell um back too.

As far as event items prices go, id suggest those that care wait a few months. Anytime in the past when a EM comes and does a event, if you ask nicely and explain that you didnt get any in the past they'll usually just give you the item. Those creme pies got pretty high priced tell the EM came back months later and loaded us all up on them (Vlads vendor in MAG is basically full of pies for free). And lets not forget many other event items that are rehanded out. As long as your allowed more than one per account you should be ok.

Buying items in this thread means you support thieves

do you mean thieves as in in game thieving? or illegal means hacking or exploits or such?
also if he did buy the tokens from me, he is able to do as he wishes with them they are his property as are the statues... on other shards some do sell them on to recoup some of what they spent :D

Not sure why you're still complaining about thieves.

Anyone who gets upset and emotional over getting something stolen, from a legit skill, shouldn't really be on Siege.

This is the only place where you can steal for profit. I welcome thieves and I welcome an EM who accomodates them.

I don't welcome players who throw a tantrum if they get something stolen by using the Stealing skill. Sorry if that upsets some, but as we don't have any major PK risks these days and so then we should at least be happy we have some Thief risk.

I'm no PvPer but I do enjoy having some risk in Siege and I welcome those who rifle through my backpack.

If someone can't adapt, or thinks it is bad 'for the game and siege', then they shouldn't really be on Siege.

Sorry, but I've always been a thief at heart. I started UO as a thief and enjoyed my days stealing stuff and living to store the loot. I did this up to when Insurance came in and killed all my action. Stealing powerscrolls, while profitable, just wasn't as fun as my only real target.

Long live Siege thieves! And long live those people who don't make it easy for thieves :p

One huge problem remains...

I have no problem with a good thief, not the lamers who steal pots.

But, if you steal and item and I kill you, I should get to loot the item off your corpse...period!

That is not the case...IMHO that is FUBAR!

One of the few things I hated about Siege...reward a fail with my item.

If the thief is sick enough he can make a macro to steal an item and use siege bless on it :p

stop whining bout the thieves on siege. Siege is the only shard left that a thief can do what a thief was intended to do. get over it!

Anytime a thief steals an item there's a two minute timer that if you die it stays with your body. (short version) From a thief's standpoint I agree with Rico that it's stupid.
