Hello,

Firstly, thank you Clops for your thoughts in relation the pricing - your appraisal appears to be reasonable and fair.

Therefore, I have decided to sell the above items so this is now an auction.

Having said that, I do reserve my right to sell at anytime if I get an offer with which I am satisfied.

As previously stated, I am on the lookout for a Scaffold set and a Carved Wall set from the Primeval Lich spawn and would consider these in any deal that could be negotiated.

The Auction will end Saturday 6 April 2013 at 12.00pm Australian EST - 10 min rule will apply and time will be taken from Stractics time stamp on the post

The items will be available and payment accepted on Atlantic.

Not sure what is happening - DarkFact Initially appeared to withdrawn bid - Then I got ICQ message as well as a post here saying bid was still on - But now I notice that the post been deleted so I can only assume that it has again been withdrawn ??

Makes it difficult for others to bid if people keep swapping their offers.

Unfortunately the items did not meet the price expectations. Therefore, all items have been withdrawn.

It is likely that items will be split up and sold in smaller lots.

Hello all,

For those who like to keep an eye on prices, I am just posting to confirm all items, as of today, have finally been sold.

They were split up - some sold at a previous Auction - other just placed on vendor.

The over all proceeds from the sale of all items were in line with Clops assessment - appox 420 Mil.

Again I would like to thank Clops for his considered assessment.
