I have decided to sell of my rares. I may come across a few more to add to this list, if so I will edit the list. All items are located on the Legend's Shard, I expect the buyer to pick them up. You may View these items at my Luna square house on legends, it is located southeast of the Moon gate in the Southeast corner of Luna Square. You may also bis via $US, at a rate of $1.5/ 1 Mil; I will acccept western union only, unless I know you (contact me is you want to use other then western union). You are wrong, this statue pre-dates the Em events, Copperpot's house fell long before legends ever saw an EM event. This statue was created from the obsidian quest and named for the player.

1.How does one ''create'' an obis statue with your own name on it??? ive done the quest many of times and never came accross it??? ive read there is a slight chance of one if your very very lucky- 1 or 2 per shard!!
2.surely it makes more sense that either a seer,em or gm simply renamed one for a friend??

Dude...I think Thunder knows what hes talking about. In fact I KNOW HE DOES. There are like three, maybe four player named Obsidian Statues in the game. Made from the very same quest your doing to get the named sttues in the first place. They spawn way way way rare.

Please dont be jealous that he has one and you dont. I mean Im jealous, but Im not here trying to hijack his thread.

They do exist there are several on display in various houses throughout uo. But as someone stated they exist in single digits. They spawn from the same quest that all other obsidian statues spawn from, and the spawn rate for them is less then 1% of all obsidian statues spawned.

I know for a fact after we discovered this one existed on Legends, everyone who could do this quest did it for like three weeks straight with all kind of theories, like 1st one made after server up etc, etc, etc and we never managed to get another one. They are indeed RARE!!! Unbelievably rare...

They hightlighted as red hehe, but they came in different colors, I was worrying about dying more than anything else. There were other spawns taht came with them it was crazy but hell of a lot of fun.

Indeed. I was at this event. There were several of these Paragon Bone Wyrm things we had to battle if I remember correctly, along with a giant Paragon Lord of the Abyss thingy.. Can't really remember if there was anything else. It was a pretty crazy event. The insurance gold gods were smiling that night, cause there was alot of dying going on. The EM Sebastian(I think it was him?) helped us battle and served as a rezzing priest as well. This event was like 2 1/2 - 3 yrs ago on GL in Tram Destard and I think was part of the Inu the Crone arc. I'm kicking myself in the arse now because after the battle, I checked the corpses and looted one of these containers, then, after the corpses became public and everyone's loot was visible, I found two more. My rl brother got two as well. So, between us, we had 5 of the 8 or 10 that reputably dropped.

What's sad is that since we got so many, my brother and I figured they were dropping all over that night and didn't think they were going to be that rare. Right after the event, I was interviewed by Stratics about it and ended up giving one of these to the interviewer. My brother traded one for the Tome of Enlightenment, which had only recently come out lol. Anyhow, we soon found out that we were sitting on, and had just given away, some really rare event items, to our eternal sorrow. I sold the second container on GL for 18 mil not long after the event, and sold my third container after x'fering here to legends about two or more years ago, so this container was probably mine

supposedly its 1 in 1000 quests (or .001%) chance something like that will give you the named statue. Their are more than you think out there. Ive seen a few in a few different muesems.

If you're rich enough to try the theory and lazy, just buy as many obsid pieces you can and combine them until you get one.. if you get one.

If you want those tables and items to load up even if no one steps on the plot then go into customize mode and change the floor tiles under all the tables to the 'rafty' tiles (they look like the little rafts from legend of zelda), they come in yellow or grey.
