AUCTION: Bod Collection (Gold Only)

I think I am finally ready to sell the bod collection, if there is anyone still interested in doing bods.

Here are the details:

Tailor bods: 19,870 small and large bods
There are very few, if any bone bods. They are all leather. I have several bod book covers in red, green, and blue.

Smithy bods 10, 313 small and large
I fairly certain there are at least 5 partially filled large bods that will give a valorite hammer. I know I do not have the smalls to fill them, bc I would have done so already if I did . I have no idea how many larges I have that will give powder, or verite or aggy hammers.

Most are kept in a castle in the trinsic swamp.

If anyone is interested in previewing the collection, you can contact me by PM and we can arrange a time.

Ideally, I would prefer that you bid on the whole package- all bods and castle. However, I will consider breaking up the collection- just tailor or just smithy if it looks like no one is interested in the whole package.

I reserve the right to NOT sell to the highest bidder, for reasons I will not state here. I will let this go until we have a clear winner.

@yuckmouth- I am okay with a bid for bods only.

@croaker- this is a mix of collections- This is Shak's collection (who had acquired bods from other players), plus HaHa's collection, and my own. There would be more but I threw away all of the bone bods bc they are such a pain in the butt to fill.

If only the bids sell, is there any interest in the castle? The swamp has a bit of a funky odor and the locals are a bit grouchy, but other than that it is a nice place to live!!

Humm... that is an interesting question. I will have to think about that! I do not have tons of leather, but I have more ingots than a mountainside!

But in the same breath, you definitely still have a "community" of sorts. I just read a thread where Kat tells the whereabouts of her entire guild. Even when I was hot and heavy into guilds on GL, i could never have told you at any given day, where anyone was....that's gotta amount for something.

I re-opened the vendors so I could give away 6+ years of accumulated pixels. Did you check out the prices on the vendor? Every item was put on at vendor-default price (so, practically free). The only reason I didn't price them for free is bc that meant an extra keystroke! I wanted the items to go to people to who wanted them- not to only those with schedules that allowed them to be at an IDOC.

As far as the bod collection, well.... it is a huge collection and I didn't want to just give it away. I wanted to see what interest there was in it, how much it was worth these days (I paid A LOT more than 12 mil for it) and let people fight over it (my version of an IDOC!).


So, yes if that makes me strange, so be it! I never claimed to be normal!

Croaker, I think there has been a change in plans. E is having some separation anxiety. I think we are keeping the castle and packing it up with as many pixels as we can fit and keeping open the Enigma account.

My keep will be up for grabs. It's located in (or on the outskirts of) Safe haven. If the winner of the collection needs some extra storage space, they can have the keep. Otherwise, I will give it away.
