If you haven't heard, there were changes to the Bod Reward system. Be aware that you may not get the reward you were expecting.

If you are turning in bods- any kind, please keep track of the reward you get. Visit the craftsman forum and post your results in one of the threads. Hopefully, someone will analyze the results and make a new reward chart.

Looking at some of the findings, it seems runic hammers are more easily obtainable

I will have to study the results more carefully. It looked to me as if runics might be harder. I'm sure A LOT more results have to be turned in before definite conclusions can be made.

Pretty much all I have seen increased the chances of hammers...Verite runics/Agapites are running rampant.

This would be great if I could ever get any decent BODs. It is at least encouraging. It seems less impossible to get a high level runic or 60 ASH.

I saw about....10 new BoDs that jumped from as low as gold, to Valorite.

Thank you Speedy for posting that. I looked at those results and saw where ppl were getting +60 ASH and +20 PS instead. Looks like my val hammer may soon be joined by some more!

I plan on coming out of Bod Hiatus to test the new rewards for myself.

Indeed! It looks like the 20s were mostly coming up for low end BoD's that would normally give bronze runics etc. But once you get into what used to be Gold+ area, you start seeing a ton of Aggy/Verite, quite a few Val, and many more +60ASH

Note: I hope this brings lower gold/aggy runic prices, so we will see people running more high end gear outside of factions.

What makes me cringe is how many "crap" bods I let decay bc I didn't see the point in keeping them and wanted to make room for the "good bods".

So does this mean rewards (tailoring,blacksmithing,quests,etc.) will come down in value and i should wait to buy runic horned kits and etc.?

Data is being collected over on the Craftsman forum, but I came out of bod hiatus to test the changes for myself. I will say that I think barbed and horned kits will come down a lot in price. I just can't say yet by how much. I guess it will depend upon how many flood the market.

However, I don't know about smithy hammers yet. I did get a few gold and aggy hammers. However, I have not been able to get a verite or val hammer, even with my thousands of {what I used to consider} crappy bods. I think we will see more of those, just not sure how many more.

Again, if anyone is doing bods, please keep track of your rewards and submit them to the craftsman forum.
