they say prol came in email, have you plugged in a jump drive that was in aqnother PC?
what I'd try...
Malware Bytes anti-malware
avg free9.0

free online scanner - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
do a scan of your entire computer (takes about 30-40 minutes) and than have it delete EVERYTHING it finds. If the program does not start after about 5 minutes after installing the updates, select the prompt to restart Housecall and have it scan your system. Be patient. Follow the prompts carefully. It is THE BEST on line malware removal program out there.

there's some info& commonfree apps here too : http://www.savemybutt.com/ (ulook under downloads)
combo fix - www.combofix.org/download.php only IF you have some experience at removing bugs

Windows Defender (If you have XP.) Install, check for updates, run a FULL SCAN, delete everything found.

you may have to be in safe mode for avg to work
look in task manager for any suspicious processes and stop them
clear your cache &
don't forget to remove & reset restore points when ur clean

avg (free version) used to be choice until seeing all the "Antivirus Pro 2009-2010" variants get right through without a hitch. avast (free version) updates itself automatically, most free products require one to manually update. spybot search and destroy not only needs to be manually updated, it also needs to be manually Immunized. If any 'unprotected' show up in the immunize tab, ya gotta hit the green Plus sign up top to apply said immunization or remain vulnerable.
malwarebytes (free version) is another very good reactive program, buying the product makes it proactive.

A2 is one of the best there is, and the scanner is free in it as well.
