Yep. Atlantic is the biggest, and always has high population.
However, all this is too much for me. The freezes, reverts, etc. got on my nerves so bad that I packed up and am in the process of completing my move to the ghost town of Great Lakes where I found five 18x18 spots in under 10 minutes!
