Wow.

I'm glad I got stealth into RoT last week. Made it much safer to go sight-seeing!

Things I saw, and liked, or that gave me a good laugh:

Masumatek changing sides about 16 times (or maybe he's just a 'if it moves, kill it' kinda guy?)

Ryuji Wakayama, who said he was also Mizo Horni, resigning from his guild because he didn't like finding the odds were suddenly stacked against him and wanted to be blue to the attackers again. Every war has it's deserters, I suppose.

Tetsumajin (sp?) holding off what looked like a fair sized contingent of KSS, CWS, and hangers-on in Skara. Dude, WHAT is your template, that you can cast 6 mind blasts in 2 seconds? Even with 2/6, I can't get that right! Impressive.

VmP actually trying to RP beyond "REGRET THYSELF" outside Umbra. I heard at least one "Surrender mortals!" and a couple of "mmm... fresh blood!" comments while I was watching from the sidelines inside The Yard.

The utter confusion every time a red stepped through a moongate. You could almost hear the "is he one of ours?" chatter going on.

Pet names! I especially liked "ImWithStupid" and "GuessI DiedAgain"

People fighting here, there and everywhere without caring about guard zones!!!
All sorts of people offering all sorts of other people rez's! Unheard of!

FUN! Even if I am, by choice, only an observer!!! FUN!!!!

No offence intended, M - it was just very hard to keep track of who you were hitting. One moment it appeared as if you were on TnT's side against WAKA, the next it looked like you were helping VmP against TnT, then you seemed to be helping I^A - but later it looked like you were attacking Spree... but with everything moving so fast, it was hard to keep track, sitting on my bar stool, watching the fight go by.

The main reason I mentioned it was, you looked like you were having the most fun out of anyone there! If it moves, hit it until it stops moving!

Well first off me name is "Tetsujin" and I am "OTF" but i appericate ur comment, As for the template I run bushido/parry using orny so i can hold a wand or sc -1 wep still being 2/6 at that time I was only 2/5 too belive it or not I guess I jus have "good timing"

ImWithStupid is Hugi's lesser. I was so happy when it finally turned orange so I could kill it in the gz about the only thing I'm good for besides bola'ing people and getting back in to hiding. The whole thing about the one WAKA leaving his guild because of the war was what started this post.

In jest I asked him, if he quit, could I have his dog (same color as mine, just better stats). He got a good chuckle out of it. My doggie is A SonOf Aslan. Sio once asked me, how a dog/pig/wolf looking thing could be a son of a lion. I proceeded to explain that Lion was the creator of all the talking animals of Narnia, and Sio quickly yielding upon understanding my side of the argument (for lack of a better word)

Anyway, I take great pride finding suitable names for my pets, I only wish others did, I do find some great names out there of pets, so much better than "A Horse" or "A Swamp Dragon"

If you mean before that, then that was long before there was any "alliance" Since we have really only seen one another (or I you, stealth 4tw) about twice in the last year.

I attacked the dog. I never considered the attack to have anything to do with
the war. And as far as I know... nobody died.

Of what you have said here... I would like you to explain what this means;

I understand grudges, I understand KOS enemies, I understand that things do not
change simply because a war breaks out. The first virtue in the charter of MYTH
is forgiveness. Personally I have no conflicts with anyone on the shard. I intend
to keep it that way through forgiveness, and honor.

He's my ally, and we're at war. If you attack him... and WAKA comes and attacks me...
I have less of a chance to get a kill against them.

I don't protect Spyder because I don't like you, but because he defends the rest
of us too.

The only people I attack on sight are declared enemy guilds. Every other fight is
on a fight by fight basis... ALWAYS defending myself or an alliance member.

nothing personal against you or your guild but as you say war is war.My war is with SpyderBite when I see him when he not hidden. You say the only people I attack on sight are declared enemy guilds.Every other fight is on a fight by fight basis...ALWAYS defending myself or alliance member. I will fight Waka but you are saying you will protect a known criminal to some of us. Homegrowns reasons for killing Spyderbite is his own. My reason is mine so if you whan to protect him your death to Wakas is your own.As allways my views DO NOT REFLECT the opinion of my guild

I don't do it very well, but when I do it has nothing to do with personal feelings.

It's a game.

If your personal feelings cause you to attack someone in my alliance, so be it.

It won't make me like you or Spyder less.

So take it off the boards and bring it in game if you want to.

It is with great reluctance that I am closing this badly derailed post.

Please, everyone, feel free to repost any thoughts on the WAKA War...as long as we can leave petty little private skirmishes out of it this time.

The Alliances and War have the potential for providing some wonderful entertainment for the entire shard. I'd not see that overshadowed by petty differences and personal issues...those should be dealt with in time-honored tradition; ingame.
