Assist help plz.

I started getting the assist error that the data stream changed and reloaded the DLL. file and now am getting a Fatal error that says :Could not create C:/Program files/EA Games/Ultima online the eight age/desktop/........

Can anyone tell me whats going on and how to fix this? The game crashes to desktop and I lose all settings for my characters.

Delet everything within the desktop folder. You can copy all your macro files and put them in a file on your desktop. Then log onto your account

it will create a new account name folder in the desktop folder

Then log in each character it will make the same files again along with a macro.

Copy each macro a paste it into the characters folder.

Once you put all the macros in if the game still crashes your going to have to make all new macros and delet out all your macros.

If none of that helps id delet the desktop folder and make a new one.

If that doesnt work re-install? I had to do a reinstall when i did the patch 56 or whatever for the new plants and vet rewards.
