I have noticed a big drop in my parry at 120 if I use Counter Attack.. I can turn off counter attack and I see the white flash of parry over and over showing me my parry is working just fine.. I cast Counter and I can see I don't parry something for over 25 secs or more.. This made me think the code needs to be checked OR explain the equation please.
I have noticed the same sort of thing for poisoning.. If poisoned you parry ALOT less. In fact I have trained 30+ guild member by poisoning them so the FAIL to parry wich pushes gains at high lv..
