hehe, my red carries one, has for years.
i ring it before i come out of hiding and attack people.
its something a guild mate use to do, he would start stealthing around the mark and ringing a bell to freak them out.
soon people would bolt as soon as they heard the bell, or new people would just stop and ask what that noise was.

Everyone hears it subject to them being close enough and assuming they have sound turned on. Double click it to operate it.
