As of last night the "pick up objects that are out of bounds" not working

I still could not pick up the door that has been out of bounds for the past 4 years on my lot.

Did you try clicking on it in build mode and deleting it?

Yes I did try in the build mode to delete it..no go...door still there right next to the mailbox.

I already emailed a bug report regarding this issue right after the city came back online. I was unable to pick up doors or old newspapers, however I was able to pick up a birthday cake left in the middle of the road using buymode and build mode.
