Armor type influencing swing speed?

Hello,

I cannot find information about how the armor type affects the weapon's swing speed. I heard that leather armor does not give any penalty, while iron armor (especially plate) does. Does anybody know numbers?

That system is long gone armor has no bearing on swing speed anymore. The weapon itself and your dex/stamina are the main factors now.
