Armor Refinements.. can we lower the different amounts?

dont feel like reading this whole post but did anyone mention that they ruined t-maps with this stuff? after 11 level 6&7 t-maps i got zero forged pardons and got 23 diff wash,scour...blah blah blah worthless, its bad enough that not even one weapon or armor part in the chest is worth anything,but now its even harder to get a pardon or any of the other half decent things ,i hate to see them toss the system after they spent so much time on it, i would say leave it but maybe not spawn so much in chest

I have noticed forged pardons are a lot harder to get - on the other hand they are selling for a lot more because of that - which has been good news for my t hunter
