Are thieves automatically orange now?

Hmm... factions don't exist anymore so maybe it's a bug or something? If you were in a VvV town when it turned on you would be orange (you can tell by single clicking yourself). As long as you aren't VvV, you can just suicide and should be blue when you rez.

From what I've seen if you are in a VvV town when a battle starts and you ignore the warning gump you turn orange to everybody. Commiting suicide will make you blue to blue players, but you remain orange to VvV for a few hours (8 I think), then you are blue again.
If you are in a guild, you always look green to yourself so the only way to know if you are still orange is to ask around, or when you see VvV players, if they are orange then you are also, if not then you are "cured".
