the grusome standards you receive from the lever puzzle in the primevil lich spawn is stuck in your backpack.

the death vortex you loot from the environment doesn't show up as an image in your backpack in 2D or 3D. You can only mouse over it in 3D and it gives you a name.

and the red sparkles are same as death vortex invisable!!!!!!
