Are the Guards Turned Off?

Legends Brit Bank there is a Blackrock Ele left over from last night I assume. Guards wont come to aid

Earlier today Non Guardian Ancient Wyrms were in Moonglow and Guards wouldnt assist there either.

Monster from T-map can't be guard kill, I have try too. As for the Blackrock Golem, not sure , might need to gather ppl and kill it.

Secondery chest monsters dont have the "guardian" sticker and can be lead off to be "lost". Have seen many orge lords in mag hehe

Possible they turned off the Britain guard system for the global event, And I believe Ghost Raider has the answer for the Moonglow one.
