Well, please understand I can't give away my very effective trade secret.

Let me make a few suggestions, though. By "lite," do you mean you tested with MR2? The seeds are a bit expensive, so I wouldn't have bothered "testing" MR2. However, shadow hammers are much less expensive, and they can reforge clean mana regen 3. In the reforging menu, select Powerful Re-forging, Grand Artifice, Inspired Artifice. For the property name, choose Invigorating/of Restoration. Don't bother with anything less: get a dozen shadow hammers, crank out a bunch of exceptional pieces, and reforge them.
Once you get pieces you can work with, don't enhance yet. Powder them up, imbue them fully,
then enhance with a 100% reforging tool from the UO store. I always plan things out in Excel, even basic suits. When I make my best suits, I have enhancement bonuses automatically added to the final resists, so when I look at a specific piece's resists, I only worry about its pre-enhancing max resists. Enhancing last gives much more room; it's well worth a few RL dollars.
Enhancing last is also necessary with MR3, because it takes up 150 imbuing weight. It's harder, sometimes impossible, to fit in the resists, LMC and other properties that would be possible with MR2 pieces. I have a couple of clean mana regen
4 pieces I've yet to use, because 200 weight is pretty hard. MR3 is workable, though, and warriors need that extra 5 or 6 mana every 10 seconds. If you have 120 focus and MR20 (MR3 on six pieces, plus a Tangle), mana regeneration is still slower than 120 meditation and MR12.
