you drop 8 mysterious fragments at the virtue shrines
(the fragments must be the color of that virtue)
which starts a battle (like in the city area at Blackthorns Dungeon)
3 captains will spawn with their entourage.
captains are invulnerable until their entourage is dead.
you know you get credit for the captains death
when fellowship items drop into your backpack.
you get credit for 8
then you can go into the well of souls
(must equip the fellowship medallion...
and must be blue in color...)
where you go to the ankh in the back
clicking it, you will get the tabard
you can then come back at any time
to put Hawkwinds stats on it.
If you kill 3 captains at every shrine
