No.

There are many suggestions for this and other ways to get a level 6 sw focus. But right now, you need 6 characters. One catch is that you can soulstone off SW and then find 6 humans to get a focus. I am not sure if those 6 humans need to have done the sw entry quest.

I don't believe so. My pvper has never done the SW entry quest and I get unskilled focuses most everytime I pvp if I can remember to
