Remember a while back we got codes for an enhancement tool.

I never bothered to collect mine but now have 150 luck kryss no curses or mods. I wanted to find that code.

Anyone remember what it was titled or whom it was sent by.

I can find it in my 1000 emails and wanted to search by sender or something.

yeah maybe but I sort of remember a 5 use item we got within the year. Maybe Im crazy.

Some members who had excessive problems with the account migration process were given one. If so - it would be back in August/September. I did not have any trouble with the system so was not offered one - so I can't tell you where/when to look.

I don't remember any "code" either, but I do remember that the current item in the Origin Store - the Forged Metal Tool 10 Charges (for guaranteed 100% Enhancement) - used to come in a 5 Charge model that doesn't appear on the Origin Store site currently. Here's that link:

This was a gift that EA "supposedly" gave to those that where DOUBLE BILLED back in the beginning of the FIASCO with the new billing system conversion. The email was for 1 (ONE) FREE Forged Metal Enhancement Tool (5-Charges).

I didn't try claiming mine until about a month or so after I had received them and made a posting that the codes I received were BOGUS! (yes I was double billed on 3 accounts and NONE of the codes worked)

When I called about them, I was told by the FANTASTIC Customer Service Rep that they "didn't know anything about EA issuing codes due to Double Billing and that the codes would not work."...BLOWN OFF ONCE AGAIN BY EA!

Well I would have expected this... come on they took back the free months billing for trouble real quick.... you think a gift code was gunna be free?

Also I was told by a very young sounding CS that officially they are only given 10% entry into UO systems for billing. All 90% of the accounts info and billing is not free for them to see and thus need to esclate it to the next 2 tiers so they can get permission to get more info. Mythic inhouse restricts the billing department from the records..
