If you post on the rares forum I bet you could find a ride from Atlantic to LS for the festival. Then from LS to Chessy. I know that Athelas posted that he has room from Atlantic to LS, they don't come a lot nicer than him

It'll take you a couple weeks that way, but you'd meet some really nice people and save a transfer token at the same time
