When I enhanced it, I looked at the swing speed chart and at my dex there wasn't going to be a difference between 30 ssi and 40 ssi so I enhanced for damage.

The accuracy of the chart can certainly be questioned, but that is why I did it.

The accuracy of the chart can certainly be questioned, but that is why I did it.

If you are running anything between 90-149 dex then having 40% ssi would be one tick quicker than having 30% ssi (0.25 seconds) throw in devine fury then anything above 60 dex would give you one tick quicker than the 30% ssi equivalent, either way hci and di can be capped by other means.
