Well, since by some huge, yet unintended, oversight, no one sent me free airline tickets and hotel accomodation, I couldn't be there. It's just too far to swim from the UK, I'm afraid, and you KNOW the prices NPCs on Siege charge for boats!

Was pretty nice time though I went to work at 400 am yesterday drove 2 1/2 hours up left there around 1 30 this morning drove all the way back and now at work again till 1700 (500 pm civilian time).
Pickaxe was as was Enigma, SLoan, "kill it if it moves" Squid, Vitamin, and can't even think of how to spell the others ( Yasou or something) and refuse to post their real names hehehe except for that damn human "Matt".
Ok sorry guys I am just to tired to think whos who at this point just give a shout out so It jars my insomniac memory.

The filling was Pecan Praline....if you mean the King Cake that I had shipped up there.
Normally you can only get this in the weeks before Mardi Gras.

Just a head's up for those who live in the west and couldn't make Yasou's meetup... there are preliminary discussions going on about a meet up in Texas late this summer or early fall. Probably going to include a golf tournament and a Texas Hold 'Em tournament. Putting an interest list together at this point. So ICQ either me or Devyn so we can get a head count going. If you live in Texas, we'd appreciate some help with the names of some tournament style golf courses as well as what city would be most convenient for everyone as far as travel arrangements and accommodations.

lol, guess I need to explain the baby to ya'll.
King Cakes are normally only made in the weeks preceeding Mardi Gras(Lenten Season) One baby is put in each cake....the person that gets the baby is suppose to buy the next King Cake...this continues up til Mardi Day.
I myself prefer the traditional cake with is unfilled....but you can get them with various flavors...had no idea what most people would like.

Just made it home.... wow that was a long flight.... atlanta airport sucketh much.
I had a great time.... and it was awesome to see everyone who showed up. Of course the flight attendence had to stop and ask me what my shirt meant hahaha. I just said it's a gaming thing.

Ten years ago last night would have read the same way, but the end result would have been much different. Here is what happened.
I drove up to Philly to meet a buddy (Paul) from NY. He had two other NY chicks with him and this wild woman from Kansas who flew in just to party. We met at a bar around 8:00 and started knocking them back. Around 10:00 our buddy from NC was hammered and left with the chick from Kansas. This other couple showed up late just to party. We hung out until the place closed and then me and Paul took the NY chicks back to our hotel. We closed down the hotel bar and headed up to two separate rooms. I woke up and immediately left the room and headed home.
10 years ago that story would have been a lot better than it was last night.

Ibichi thanks SOOOOO much for clearing that up for me , Yasou handed me the box and said take a piece but watch out for the baby. I asked why as i took myt first bite of the first piece and he told me that the person who got the baby would be the next to have a baby , as i pulled it outta my mouth Patty literally hit me and cut me off on the spot. What a relief!!!!

HAr....Posting kinda late b/c I don't get to the boards much. Well, the meet-up was kick ass, and like kerr said, everyone enjoyed themselves and laughed pretty much the whole night. Shabba forgot to mention how good he was in DDR...lmao Definitely was worth going... "yous guys" missed a great time!! I got there at like 3 with cheesesteaks...after trying to park for a half hour and waiting in like for another....finally everyone was pissed and hungry and just wanted their damn cheesesteaks..lol then we had some fun!!! you missed out!
