Anyone know?

I been trying to demolish my house. The game will not let me do this, the only option that is available is to trade the house.
Anyone know whats happening here?
I am the house owner.

I know there are a couple of reasons you cant destroy a house, one that comes to mind right off is if there are player vendors on the property you cant drop. Also think that if you have items in the house storage box you cant drop either - check house sign for this 1.

Thanks a lot, it was the box and a vendor. I emptied it but the vendor is still in the box and he wont let me dismiss him while in there. Any idea how to get him out of there?

I take it your not the owner of the vendor? Cancel his contract then, though you might have to wait a few days then for the contract to end. then you should be able to remove him.
