Could be just one of the thousands of forgotten pieces of rubbish that the staff leaves all over our lands. Goodness knows there is still orc camps outside Cove and Skara... maybe Minoc. I forget. Or the ogre body still sitting in the water near Serp's Hold. These over 10 years old, may I add!

What do they delete but the trash container I worked so hard to get installed at Skara Brea bank. lol.

Where you are sitting is the secret entry to the once used smuggler’s cave. There is a secret word to enter... but since I have marked runes inside, I forget what the password is. Those chests could be from that event, that was over 3 years ago. The place is massive and has no spawn.

Stand on the circle and say "loot" to get into the pirate cave. I am guessing that the stolen goods are just hints that the cave entrance is there.
