Found a gravestone on a vendor with the inscription:
"Here lies Lord Dahak, Beloved Leader of RLV, We all miss you"
I know that gravestones can be engraved and whoever had the memorial could simply engrave another, but sometimes it is more sentimental when they have the original perhaps that was done with the rest of the guild. I bought the gravestone because it was a good price to resell at, but would be even happier if I could get it back to someone to whom it meant a lot to. RLV may even be another shard, but I found it on Atlantic. If I don't have any luck here, I'll try UOHall.
