I keep getting Stone Dragon Tooths (Teeth? I think Tooths would be right in this case).

I'm quite curious about Mangler but I don't think we'll see it for awhile. The items appear to be pretty rare drops, and they are brand new to boot...Could be a week or more before we see all of them.

And that's assuming there's no bugs with the drop rate.
