Anyone else unable to do puzzle room quest?

I went to the underworld this morning to do the puzzle room, but every time I double click the magic key I get the message "your backpack is full." I only have 34 items on my char. Can anyone offer any help or confirmation that it isn't just me?

Yes we all getting same message.. something went wrong with the last publish 69... its been like this for about a week now... i too sent a message but no word yet.
