Define "New Players". Is one who practices on a trammie shard a "New Player"? or is one who starts on Siege who knows nothing of gaining/rot considered the "New Player" or newbies as you so call them.

Obviously most of us siege newbies are Vets from production shards.
So far in my 3 weeks playing siege I haven't taken part in much action at all as I am busy trying to work skills up through RoT. Which by the way sucks, at 2.1 gains per day it will take me months to get my skills up to a decent level. I tried keeping myself occupied exploring, farming, etc, between gains. But lets not kid around here, it is extremely boring.
Now about Player vendors, where are they?
The vendors around Luna, Minoc, Yew, Brit, Trinsic have a meager selection of resources, pots, and armour at best.
Also, does no one sell 110 or 115's PS scrolls on vendors anymore?
And where are all the runic weapon and armour vendors?
I would have loved to have found some cheap spined/horned runic armour, and low end hammer made weapons.
There are enough of us newbies runing around right now for someone to make some gold.

Problem is...it costs a bundle to keep vendors up so a lot of people don't keep vendors. Skara, Yew and Luna are your best chance to find stocked vendors but it is summer, so even they seem to be quiet these days. Ask around Luna to see if any of the crafters can create something for you...or even come here and ask around for particular items you may need. If you haven't found the NEW guild, you may want to, they can help with reasources...la
While I don't do runic armour I do keep my gm armour vendor stocked and I do carry a small selection of cheap, pvm weapons. My vendors are on the top of Mo'gluk's tower NNW of Yew gate. All my vendors are regularly stocked with as much as they can hold. If there's something you need that I haven't got let me know.
The necessities shop also carries a pretty good stock (Sandstone building West side of the gate).

RoT does suck. That's why are we fighting to get it overhauled. Just stick with us, and you will see that is was worth it.

Check out the Sticky "Where to Shop" Thread. However, like RIco stated vendor fees are triple the cost. Many people won't carry items that seem to just sit and collect dust.

I will take a guess and say most people donate their 110s and 115s to NEW.
Consider joining NEW because you can get hooked up with alot of the stuff you are looking for. You can also meet other newbies and maybe make your own entertainment between RoT gains!

Also, if you're feeling adventurous, take a trip down to the champ spawn in Despise. There are usually discarded 110s, and the occasional 115 scattered around on the ground. Not always, but on occasion.
