Anyone else finding casting spells bad since last patch?

Ok we have always had occasional issue of casting a spell and never getting a cursor etc to use spell got used to that over the years but since the last patch I am starting to see an issue where you go to cast spell and it tells you that you dont have the mana even though you do.

Just had an instance where I had left monsters to heal and tried to cast cleansing winds 3x and each time the game kept telling me I had no mana even though I had my stats open and was looking at a full 148 mana pool, had thought this was happening since last patch but this is first time i was able to verify where i wasnt in a battle with no chance of a monster casting a quick mana drain spell on me

it tells you that you dont have the mana even though you do.

I've gotten that a lot w/ using weapon specials, only of lately, like there's a delay or something w/ it knowing how much i have.

I haven't noticed that, just a bad RNG. Horrible leeching, terrible experience with crafting. It may just be my rotten luck in this game but I don't know. I don't remember it being like this a while back.

Unless it's a UOA glitch that's pretty weird. Do you recall if you had any curses applied to you, or what the Cleansing Winds would have to cure/heal/remove at the time of cast? And you're saying you got the no mana at the time you tried to cast, rather than getting a targeting reticule and then, upon release, receiving said message regarding mana?

I had a random issue in terra keep last night where everytime i casted teleport i was frozen until someone hit me and the cursor for teleport what not appear and resulted in stat loss, however i put that down to one of those random events due to the volume of people there and the amount of things going on.
