Any word on the Housing Bug?

I know several people have experience this but was wondering if there
is a fix in the near future.

I get this message"You have attempted to transfer this house to a person
who lacks the entitlements required to manage the current number of
secured items"

I am transferring a house from a non upgraded HS account
to an upgraded HS account. So the number of items are a mute point.
The house is going from a 40% increase account to a 60% increase account.
Either way it shouldn't matter anyways.

Good question because this seriously needs a fix...

And while your fixing housing... please remove the co-owner limits and allow me to co-own the whole dang shard if I want to. Ok maybe that would be taking things a BIT too far... but let me please be a co-owner of all my homes not just one of them.

The Lag I'm having IN MY HOUSE is UNREAL and the limit is rally LAME
