Yes I think it has value. It is not a throw away item, but I can’t give you any reasonable estimate on how much. Really really wide range, my guess is 10mill to 100mill. Again, don’t take my word for it. Ask around more.
PvP dexxers can use it, but it is not a super popular thing to do. All skills are ones that don’t need to be real skill for a death striker. Please someone correct me if I’m wrong.

It has some value, you can't really use a bokuto with it because you need real bushido skill to get max damage nerve strike. Antique also doesn't matter in pvp, it will last a very long time and that's exactly what this jewel is for. It is a 6 mod jewel due to night sight and luck being useless but the +60 skill makes up for it to give it value. I would say it's around the 50m to vendor max 175m mark. Just throw it on a vendor for 175m and keep lowering the price until it sells. Eventually someone will buy it.
