Any idea why Zosilem The Alchemist will not take the quest items to Inspect them?

Ok I have all my quest items and when I go to give Zosilem the kegs of greater poison and total refresh so he can inspect them, which is what it tells you in the original quest, he says "Oooh, Shiney, I have no use for this, though." Anyone know why he wont take the requested quest items?

And if I try to Toggle Quest Item like I do to the other items for the quest it tells me "That item does not match any of your quest criteria."

Is this quest broken?

Think they have to be full, try that if they aren't. Or try handing to the other NPC there to inspect them.

Well hmm...

I will have to try and take the quest when I get home from work if we don't have answer by then. Those are the only things I can think of atm.

Ok, so I just did it. I bought full kegs from a vendor in Luna. 100 stones each. Completely full yada yada yada lol. I just walked up to Zosilem and dropped the kegs on him and they were turned into inspected kegs. Are you trying to do it with a character that doesn't have the quest active? All I did was take the quest, grabbed the things he wanted, dropped the kegs on him, and then marked as quest items and completed the quest. I'm sorry there isn't more I can tell you . Everything worked fine on my end.

I had same issue in the past. Kegs made by my alchemist, full to the brim, quest active, tried all the NPC's. I had to send in a bug report. Left it for a few days, came back and was successful. Not sure what they did, but sounds like it wasn't a 1 time thing.

I still cant turn in the kegs everything else has been toggled and yes I have the quest or I would not be able to toggle the items. Just dont get it.

The one time that happened to me it ended up being a simple weight factor and my Char could not get the kegs inspected bc of being overweight try taking 1 keg at a time so you arent overloaded and he should inspect them with no problem otherwise he wont inspect the kegs if you are heavy. Usually i bring both, set one on ground hand him the one in backpack to get inspected set it down pick up the other one get it inspected then pick up the other inspected one up off the floor and toggle them quest items.
