Any forums for spell weavers?

I have been thinking about making a spellweaver but don't seem to find any info on them. Is there a forum for that skill or a guide? Any help making one of these? Who trains them and what book do I use things like this?

Aye Ash is correct, Arcanist is what you want. The quest starts in Heartwood.
