If you mean Conclave of Shadows (assassin's guild I was in for a time), the answer is no, they shut down a number of years ago.
There is, however, a CoS guild running around now. I forget what the guild name is.

Not sure which CoS you are referring to, but the only current COS is Children of the Sun.
