Any Arcane Circle besides WBB give the +1 focus?

Got the urge to play and the WBB is a VvV area again so I did the 5 focus at my house. Is there another +1 circle somewhere?

New Magincia does not give the +1.

The only other circle that I know of is the peerless dungeon Prism of Light same spot as healer, but soooooo not convenient place to get too. At least once upon a time it gave the +1.

Ah well. Didn't matter any anyways, the big bad guy was down the north cliff and out of reach this morning. Think he's gotten tired of my whomping on his hide so much. 75 claws and holding. :)
