Doom was supposed to be the 8th one to match against the 8 virtues (or 5 if you look at your virtue gump). But for some reason they didnt put Doom in Tram or Fec and instead made a strange dungeon of it out of an expansion pack...
Doom is still considered an anti virtue dungeon but I think it got left out of the scenarios that use anti virtue dungeons. I guess they mean any anti virtue dungeon located in tram or fel.
