Anti-Virtue artifact kill counter

Does that include creatures from spawns, such as the despise rat spawn?

Or can you only get the artifacts from regular dungeon monsters?

It includes spawns in the dungeons, but not those outside of them.

unless its different on siege, you should get them from lost lands spawns.

I don't see how you could possibly get them from the Lost Lands spawns, since they're supposed to only drop in the Anti-Virtue dungeons. I've done plenty of spawns on the other shards, but I've never gotten one unless it was in one of the dungeons.
