So if I placed a house 5 days ago and I either trade it to someone else or demo it will I be able to place a new house or will I still be in the 7 day timer?

Another timer question

If you trade it, the 7 day timer kicks in, if you demo it, you should be able to place right way. However, uo sometimes gives us problems. I'm always able to demolish and replace, but have had friends that have not. If you can wait, then it's always a good idea to wait.
