Another Housing question

Ugh sorry for all these housing questions but the rules change so much I cant keep up with them.
Ok so at a keep that had fallen. 1st acct places 18x18 , then someone else places beside it you know how it goes, have to buy them out ect.
Ok so you buy them out and have them xfer that to your other acct.
Can you drop them both and place the keep or do you now have to wait 7 days?

I would wait at least a week or more before dropping anything if the person who sold you the house knows that you purchased it to place a larger house. There was some housing changes in pub 53, but I think that was more for resizing a house, which is what you can and probably should do with the larger house since it places a hold on that spot for an hour so someone else can't run up and place while your still trying to fit your keep.
