(Player Event) Announcement: The Skara Brae Hunt

A notice is posted in towns throughout Britannia.

Good people of Britannia,
I, Governor Greywulfe, am pleased to announce the beginning of the Skara Brae Hunt! Beginning on the 1st day of July, and until the final day of the month, a competition shall commence between hunters to find and retrieve the heaviest prize beasts that roam the wilds. Hunters are asked to return their completed hunting permits to the Governor for entry into the competition. All permits must be marked with a valid date, and the animal must come from "the forests outside Skara Brae" in order for the submission to be eligible. The animal for this month shall be the boar.

Winners shall be announced and prizes awarded at the beginning of August. Winners may also request their submissions preserved by a taxidermist.
1st - 2 million gold pieces
2nd - 1 million gold pieces
3rd - 500,000 gold pieces

[Zuckuss]

Zuckuss noticed the bulletin out of the corner of his eye during his departure from the Shattered Skull. Slightly off balanced from the strong brew he had been sipping, Zuckuss ambled over and examined the document.

"Hmmph, wasn't this the same individual running for the governor of Britain a mere short six months ago?," he pondered. "Is it that people simply want power over anything, regardless of what it is that they actually control?"

"Have you actually heard the man's plans for the town?," Zuckuss heard just before flinging around. As Zuckuss turned, he pondered for a split second, "did I say that out loud?"

Zuckuss completed his rotation and began to fix his eyes on the environment from which he thought he had heard the sound. No one was there.
