Ankh Pendant Duration

When you take the Ankh Pendant to different shrines, you can chant a mantra that will give you different HP/Mana/Stam Regens depending on the shrine you visit.

My question is, does anybody know how long these regen bonuses are in affect?

I could have sworn they changed it to 2 hours some time well after the event began.

Then again it could just be time for my meds again....

It used to be an hour, which is great if you play for an hour.

But, its about useless if you really play. At some point I just quit bothering with it.
