These come from the new xmas boxes that hold the new xmas items. You have a small chance of getting the rare angel boxes which are given totally randomly (luck of the draw). As far as pics of the angel boxes check some of the other posts in this forum for a pic.

I got a very cool multicolor angel box, the other two I got are solid, one is black and gold looks very cool, the other is gray.

I received one on Pacific. Sadly, I don't even PLAY that shard.
I simply don't do it anymore because I have chars on Asian shards as well. When I used to do the trade, I would end up with 300 plus items to find storage for. By the time you get the box and 3 items each, well we know what that can add up to. I always have a problem with storage anyway, it is just hard to toss those things that might come in handy one day but never do.

Canary; If you wish you can have the box auctioned off at the Pacific Auction House on Pacific. Longest running auction house on the shard. Every Sunday at noon PST. Whispering Rose Radio (wrrad.com an official UO fansite) will award you the gold on the shard of choice for you (minus the house's 10%)

You got luckier than me, out of about 380 tickets I only got 5 angel boxes....
According to your ratio I should have gotten at leat 2 more if not 3 more.....

Anybody have a screen shot of the "Europa gold" Angel Box?
I think it is, looking at the image at

and looking at the Angel boxes line (bottom one), the second box from the left.
From what I heard, it is considered the rarest of them all.
If a regular angel box is worth around 20 millions, I wonder how much is worth one of those rarer "Europa gold" Angel Boxes......

Well, that pic apparently is comprehensive of all colors from what I understood and that one (second from left) is the only goldish one that I can see in the whole line.......
By the way, do colors look alike whether in the 2D client or enhanced client ?

It seems to be by looking at the top row that several boxes have the "potential" to be two-toned but I think that 503 and 507 are the only ones that really are.
I have put together around 15 colors so far. There are only 2 that are actually 2 toned. So many are so close together it is hard to tell them apart.
