The key looks like a normal key with a name added. You can rename keys still last I checked by dbl clicking them and targeting the key. Might be under a context menu for the item as well.

The void gem - I'd say between 10-15m. I've been seeing quite a few of them coming up for sale. Even if the quantity is 10, the low price is because its really, really hard to see and doesn't make it as attractive to collectors.

That's my opinion on it.
