Its been probably more than 5 years since I was even down in that dungeon so Im not too sure what the loot is like, but if I recall he wasnt much tougher than lich lord. (silver weapons FTW!)

He's about twice as hard to kill as a lich lord, but not as bad as a lich lord paragon. The loot stinks.
He got a lot harder when they added necro spells, but not too bad.

By twice as hard I assume you mean twice the hit points, cause he doesnt seem to use different spells than a lich lord. I guess I was just looking at it from an AI standpoint.
