An expensive mistake

In the belief that any part of a soulforge would work I broke mine keeping just the centre section.
I was wrong.
Does anyone have them on a vendor at the moment please?

Also would like to buy:
Seed for sugar cane, cypress tree, flax.

already tried Tib's vendor in Yew and Lord Dog's in Zento. First places I looked
