Am I looking for the impossible?

I'm looking and looking around Europa for a spell channelling undead bow. Can these be made or looted as I can't find any!

They can be made and they can be looted.

Try peerless loot or major monsters or even paragons.

To make them you'll need to use a kit that gives at least 2 properties. Spell channeling and undead slayer are 2 properties that can be randomly on a weapon your crafting.

The reason you're having trouble is because the Undead Slayer property is pretty uncommon. Add to the equation your requirement of SCNP, and the bow becomes fairly rare.
