Am I bugged?

I'm trying to take the ant quest to get powder which I have done many times, but I'm now being told I'm "busy". I only have two quests, Dreadhorn and the Lady M one. Am I bugged? If so how do I get unbugged?

I've had to cancel and re-start a couple quests when they got stuck in the middle.

2 to 1 you have another quest going, Left click On Yourself (not in Quest Menu on paperdoll) & see if any Quests show up on the menu. Bet one does
